Role Overview Important role that sets the tone of first impressions by being a liaison with members of our Leadership Team, Residents, and Family Members. Responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations of the front desk and telephone while providing assistance through administrative and clerical duties to support the Juniper Team.
Responsibilities
Greets and directs visitors to the building and maintains a clean and organized work space including waiting and concierge areas.
Answers incoming phone calls, forwards and takes messages as appropriate.
Assists in mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail, sending and receiving packages, preparing and sending community invitations, notices, flyers, etc. as directed.
Performs secretarial and computer/data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs, coordinating move‑ins, resident assessments and transportation, preparing resident files, preparing training materials, and assisting with coordination of onboarding/hiring processes as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is preferred.
Aptitude for math and computer knowledge preferred.
Previous healthcare or service‑related experience preferred.
About Spearly Center Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is home to approximately 130 residents and a nearly equal number of professionals dedicated to providing person‑centered, skilled long‑term care and short‑term rehabilitation in a therapeutic community. Residents are primarily people living with chronic mental illness, brain injury or neurological disorders. The Spearly Center provides a holistic approach to care by involving the individual and their care team to create a plan that addresses the individual's physical, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, social, occupational, relationship and leisure pursuits, with a goal toward well‑being in each realm of life. Located near downtown Denver, the community offers beautiful, recently renovated outdoor spaces, an art studio, multiple common areas, a Gateway Club and several dining venues tailored to residents' needs.
