Front Desk Associate Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate, where your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will create a welcoming experience for our guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be the first point of contact for visitors and to contribute to the smooth operation of our hotel. Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous and efficient manner Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and billing Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus Proven experience in front desk operations or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth and development.
