As a Front Desk Associate, you will provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive “Judgement Free” member experience. Daily responsibilities include: Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club; assist with questions or concerns during check-in. Promote the Judgement Free Zone® by engaging with members on the club floor and supporting their fitness journeys while upholding club policies. Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed. Answer phones professionally and assist callers with inquiries. Perform membership-related functions (sign-ups, updating contact/billing information, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, transferring memberships). Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs. Execute retail transactions and drive sales goals. Maintain regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and spa amenities; keep restrooms clean, stocked, and uncluttered. Perform safety and cleanliness walkthroughs of club areas; address issues promptly. Address maintenance and facility concerns (e.g., dispensers, leaks, fixtures) as needed. Qualifications

6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment (preferred). Must be 18 years of age or older. Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided). Basic computer proficiency. Physical Demands

Continual standing and movement throughout the club during shift. Frequent communication in person or by phone to exchange information. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Exposure to cleaning chemicals; frequent cleaning of equipment and facilities. Ability to bend, twist, and move as needed to accomplish tasks. Benefits and Additional Information
