The Nemecek Firm. is seeking a detail-oriented, driven individual, who is looking for a career as an Office Assistant. Some of the key job duties for this position include: Preparing and updating Excel spreadsheets to track the progress of immigration cases; Preparing basic client correspondence such as engagement letters, appointment reminders, and case updates; Helping to organize evidentiary filings, client correspondence, and documentation; Drafting basic forms for review; Conducting new client intakes and preparing call logs; and, Performing a range of clerical tasks, including scanning and copying documents, organizing case files, greeting clients, and serving as a backup for answering calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a strong passion for helping immigrants. Requirements
Some college + at least 1 year of office experience is preferred. Fluency in English and one of the following languages; French, Fulani, Wolof, Creole or Spanish at a native level. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Details
