Evening Part Time Receptionist – Legend Senior Living®
Join us as an Evening Part Time Receptionist on an administrative team that values warmth, professionalism, and service to our residents. This role involves greeting guests, managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and supporting administrative tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet individuals arriving at the community.
Answer the telephone and relay messages to appropriate staff.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, receiving packages, and preparing mailings.
Support the sales team by making calls, conducting tours, entering data, and maintaining inventory.
Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
Requirements
Basic office skills.
Friendly, organized, and service-oriented attitude.
Availability for evenings and weekends as required.
