Overview

Part-Time Office Assistant role at RTC. The part-time office assistant will provide administrative support to the corporate office and oversee the corporate travel program. This role is ideal for someone who values working at least 20 hours/week, with flexibility based on workload and office activity. Responsibilities

Hold all appropriate information/knowledge in strict confidence. Manage corporate travel program, including primary contact for Travel Agency and RTC associates. Oversee orders for business cards and corporate stationery supplies. Assist with set-up for meetings within the facility and external trade shows. Facilitate activities for associates onsite and offsite (such as Holiday Parties, barbecues, Soldier Packing events, and others). Cover the front desk during Receptionist’s breaks and lunch. Provide additional coverage at the front desk as needed. Secondary Duties

Assist Executives as needed. Special projects as assigned. Education, Experience, Skills

Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be 18 or older. Experience : Previous Travel experience. Skills : Organizational skills, strong computer skills, and multi-tasking abilities. Reliable, able to keep appropriate information confidential, and able to handle situations tactfully and with a high level of professionalism. Hours

Guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week. Hours on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, but may vary based on business needs, so flexibility is needed. Ideal for candidates who can adjust their availability week-to-week, with advance notice. About RTC

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $19.92 to $29.08 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. Bonuses are paid based on RTC’s financial results. Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date.
