Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.****Spencer Hospital offers competitive wages, affordable insurance, IPERS retirement, in-house education, paid time off, family gym membership and so much more!****Please contact Spencer Hospital Human Resources for any questions at 712.264.6205 or email hr@spencerhospital.org.****Learn more about Spencer Hospital:****Responsibilities:*** Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the ICU* Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period* Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care* Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients**Requirements:*** Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems* IA RN license* BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC are required - inhouse education available upon hire* One year of Medical/Surgical preferred or critical care experience* New grads with a strong desire for critical care are encouraged to apply**Schedule:*** 72 hours a pay period* Straight nights - self scheduling* 12 hour shifts 6:30p-7a* The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department**Sign-On:*** $10,000 sign-on paid out over 2 years* $5,000 additional sign-on for straight nights paid out over 2 years* Bonuses may be contingent on your status, position, and active employment with Spencer Hospital #J-18808-Ljbffr
