Enhance Rehab
Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a growing team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent care for our patients. Deliver excellent customer service to patients and family members. Collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals. Treat patients, address their concerns, and educate them on their injuries, progress, and probable outcomes. Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals. Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants.
