Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician
Seeking a board-certified Pulmonology and Critical Care Physician to join the multispecialty division at Charleston Area Medical Center. The role involves delivering comprehensive pulmonary and critical care services, including interventional procedures, multispecialty clinics, and care in medical and specialty ICUs. Join our multispecialty Pulmonary Critical Care Division at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing but well-established program with flexibility in the position to suit the needs and expertise of the applicant.
Services and Facilities Charleston Area Medical Center provides a wide range of Pulmonary and Critical Care services, including:
Large endoscopy suite providing interventional pulmonary procedural ability
Multiple pulmonary subspecialties, including Asthma, COPD, Interventional Pulmonology, Pulmonary Hypertension
Multidisciplinary clinics in Cystic Fibrosis, Neuromuscular Disease, ILD, and Lung Nodules
Medical ICUs and specialty critical care units, including Neurosurgical and Cardiothoracic ICUs, and advanced mechanical circulatory support

Job Requirements
MD, DO degree or foreign equivalent degree from an accredited program
Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Critical Care Medicine, Neurocritical Care and/or Pulmonary Medicine
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine, Neurocritical Care, and/or Pulmonary Medicine
Eligible for an unrestricted WV Medical License
All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment
Benefits
Competitive base compensation ($450,000.00 to $500,000.00) with signing bonus and quality bonus
