Job Purpose To provide accurate diagnostic imaging exams in CT imaging modality to meet patients’, referring physicians’, and radiologists’ needs. May be required to work at other outreach locations. Education and Work Experience

Perform radiologic examinations timely, accurately, and safely for radiologist interpretation (33.3%) .
Timely : Ensure schedule adherence; communicate exam delays; route images to PACS promptly. Accurately : Follow exam protocols, use appropriate markers and positioning aids, ensure images are artifact and motion-free. Safely : Screen patients for identification, history, safety protocols; review medical history for exam indications and contraindications; coordinate with staff prior to exams.
Prepare MRI suite and adjacent areas for patient/visitors (33.3%) .
Equipment : Ensure availability and proper functioning; perform quality control and report issues. Environment : Maintain cleanliness and order per guidelines; report issues promptly.
Support a culture of safety .
Analyze workflows for improvements, participate in safety reporting, and actively contribute to group discussions.
Additional Job Requirements
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology. Experience: 5 years for support role or 0-2 years for professional role. Certifications: Must be registered with ARRT within 12 months, hold licensure from South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association, and current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
