LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, both in-person at clinics nationwide and through digital health telemedicine. We employ psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists across the US. LifeStance Health is growing and we are seeking licensed therapists to join our clinical team. Responsibilities
Responsibilities for our Therapist roles include delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare, maintaining professional standards, and supporting patient care and clinical excellence. (Note: specific daily duties are determined by clinic needs and licensure guidelines.) Qualifications
Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist). Must have completed a Master’s program and be out of the supervision stage. Hybrid role. Location and Availability
Positions are available at LifeStance Health offices in the Greater Salt Lake vicinity, including Lehi, Murray, Riverton, and Bountiful, with planned expansion to Pleasant Grove and Draper, Utah. Compensation and Benefits
W2 compensation range of $75K–$102K per year. Flexible work schedules. Full-time position with full benefits package. Generous above-market compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings. Full administrative support and latest in digital technology. Collegial work environment and strong work/life balance.
