Occupational Therapist (OT)
to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll help residents regain independence, improve daily living skills, and achieve greater quality of life—all within a supportive, mission-driven care environment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. What You’ll Do as an Occupational Therapist
Evaluate residents’ abilities and develop individualized therapy treatment plans Provide therapy to improve self-care, fine motor skills, mobility, and independence in daily activities Track progress, adjust therapy plans, and maintain accurate records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Educate residents and families on adaptive strategies, therapy goals, and safe practices Ensure therapy services comply with Indiana state regulations and Kingston’s standards of care What You’ll Need
Active
Indiana Occupational Therapist (OT) license
required Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred (new grads welcome) Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills Compassionate, resident-first approach to therapy Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team Why You’ll Love Working at Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne
