We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The Dental Assistant will assist the dentists during procedures, perform administrative tasks, and ensure excellent patient care. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a dental assistant program or relevant work experience X-ray certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms for procedures by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments, taking X-rays, and providing suction Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Maintain patient records and schedule appointments Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and billing Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA guidelines Assist with lab tasks such as pouring and trimming models Note: Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
