Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Arizona and BLS/ACLS certifications required.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in a healthcare setting.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the healthcare team.
Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Strong analytical skills to utilize data for improving patient care outcomes.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing patient care environments.
Ability to educate patients and families on care procedures effectively.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) for documentation.
