Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility training Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team Ensure safety and effectiveness of therapy sessions Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to support resident goals Qualifications
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant Graduate of an accredited PTA program Strong communication and teamwork skills
