Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during process changes. Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience leading process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing, operations, or business process environment. Proven ability to apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen tools to deliver tangible business results. Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Excel, etc.).Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; experience training and coaching others in Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience in large-scale organizational transformation or enterprise-wide Lean deployments. Change management certification or experience driving culture change initiatives.
