Experienced Service Technician/ Automotive Mechanic

We provide all manufacturer specific "special" tools necessary for repairs. The workshop has motion sensing doors that auto open and close effortlessly. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Providing video inspections of findings for customers every visit

Qualifications Multiple years of Service Technician experience required Must possess basic mechanic tools necessary to complete maintenance work Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Basic Computer skills Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Enjoy working in a fast paced environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Team player Must have a valid driver’s license Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean The ability to multi task, specifically stopping and proceeding with multiple jobs About the Dealership The Pohanka Family of Dealerships is firmly entrenched in the Washington DC Metro.
