driven and customer-focused Automotive Finance Manager
to join our winning team. In this key role, you’ll help customers secure the best financing options for their vehicle purchases while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in navigating complex financial transactions, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the finance and insurance process with clarity, professionalism, and care
Present and explain financing options, terms, and interest rates to help customers make informed decisions
Prepare, review, and finalize finance contracts with accuracy and full compliance
Promote extended service contracts, protection plans, and other valuable products
Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction for every customer
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure favorable financing terms
Conduct thorough credit evaluations and determine financing eligibility
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar F&I role (required)
In-depth knowledge of finance and lease documentation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with dealership management and finance software systems
Strong understanding of automotive lending practices and credit analysis
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Must pass pre-employment background screenings
Certified Notary Public required
