SUMMARY

The Rubber Press personnel will help with reading and understanding detailed instructions on how to run machinery that pertains to Rubber & or Fabric Seal Molding. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation of presses assigned by the production schedule or molding foreman. Loading and unloading of material and product from tooling. Understanding how to read and comprehend work orders. Follow work order instructions (Good attention to detail) Notify their immediate supervisor of any excessive scrap and or problems with the jobs that they have been assigned. Input daily production data into Industrios ERP system. Maintain production rates and efficiencies consistent with the company goals and requirements. Visual in process inspection to verify product and sign off accordingly. Maintain proper part identification and traceability. Suggest process and manufacturing improvements when and if the insufficiencies exist on opportunity improvements. Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Work well under pressure. work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 3pm -1:30am (10/4 schedule)
