Watercare Innovations is based in Charlotte, the United States, and Gauteng South Africa.

Duties and Responsibilities

Analyzing problems and coming up with designs to solve them.

Networking and collaborating with other engineers and professionals.

Working within the budget to deliver safe and efficient products on time.

Manage budget of equipment and material ordered against proposed budget.

Working with CFD and other design programs.

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Attending meetings and providing input and updates.

Analyzing data to write up reports.

Communicating with staff, directors and clients.

Manage Quality and Quality data packs on all projects.

Assist with plant establishment and commissioning.

Travel to different sites locally as well as internationally as required.

Comply with the Watercare Mining SHEQ IMS (Integrated Management System).

Key Performance Areas

Drive safe production and achieve the desired safety culture within WCM.

Proven knowledge and experience of practicing as a competent person.

Provide project support in achieving success through adequate design, cost, time, and quality management.

Knowledge of applicable legislations and ISO Standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Mechanical Engineering (MechEng)

1-4 years of experience
