Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Location:
Hermitage, TN Schedule:
Full-Time, Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Rotating Weekends:
Two weekends per month (Friday through Sunday) Pay Range:
$34.24 – $45.75 per hour (based on experience) Shift Differentials: Nights: +$3.75/hour Sign-On Bonus:
$20,000 Relocation Assistance:
$5,000 (for candidates relocating more than 50 miles) Position Summary

Clinical Nurse Coordinator
on our fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while mentoring staff and supporting daily unit operations. Key Responsibilities
Partner with the care team to plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate patient care Serve as a clinical resource for staff, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback Support staff scheduling, patient flow, and unit operations Monitor and manage care in a 34-bed PCU, treating patients with: Chest pain, CVA/TIA, sepsis, pulmonary issues Neuro and COVID-related conditions Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required) Licensure: Active RN license in Tennessee or Compact State (required) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required within 30 days of hire Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required within 30 days of hire NIH Stroke Certification – Required within 30 days of hire Experience: Previous Charge Nurse experience (required) Why Join Our Team?
