Central Washington Family Medicine (CWFM) is in search of full time Advanced Practice Clinicians. If you are a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certified, we want you to join our team of skilled providers. Our Yakima clinic is home to our Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program where you will practice alongside our Faculty Physicians, Clinicians, Resident Physicians, APCs, Pharmacists, Behavioral Health professionals and Nursing staff. You will provide primary health care and perform selective medical services as allowed by your credentials and privileges at CHCW. You will work collaboratively with your healthcare team to provide patient-centered care, promote good health, prevent illness, and maximize function to our patients. Our highly collegial teams bring integrated services to a diverse group of patients with the greatest care and respect. Qualified applicants have graduated from an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program and have or be able to obtain appropriate WA State license(s) and DEA to practice including applicable certifications. Experience working in Family Medicine setting, FQHC/CHC and/or prior experience working with medically underserved populations is preferred. No restriction from participation with the Medicaid or Medicare programs and the ability to obtain credentials from appropriate health plans and be covered by CHCW malpractice liability carrier is required. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
