$75,000 per year, split among administrative work, program development, direct services, and clinical supervision Benefits:

Little Manila Rising (LMR) is an organization rooted in the historic preservation of the Little Manila Historic Site. Historically, it was home to the largest Filipino community outside the Philippines from the 1920s to 1930s, until it was destroyed in the 1960s by freeway construction. Over the past 23 years, our efforts have expanded to address issues like white supremacy, educational equity, environmental justice, immigration rights, and health equity in South Stockton. Healing PUSO Vision:
Envisions a world where systemic barriers to mental health are dismantled, and the community is empowered with knowledge and agency to prioritize mental wellness. Provides holistic healing opportunities aligned with community values and traditions, including group work, healing circles, workshops, mental health education, and individual support. Advocates for mental health system reform for collective healing, equity, and transformation. Position Summary:
Under the Healing Pilipinx Uplifting Self & Others (PUSO) Program, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will support the development of a new therapy model at Little Manila Rising. The role involves providing clinical counseling, supervision, mental health groups, training, and support for survivors and communities of color impacted by hate. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Direct Services (50%) : Provide clinical and resource navigation services, psycho-therapeutic and psycho-educational support, crisis intervention, safety planning, and support groups. Admin & Therapy Model Development (30%) : Support development of therapy models, organizational policies, and staff training on clinical practices like crisis intervention, mandated reporting, trauma-informed care. Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain clinical documentation. Clinical Supervision (10%) : Supervise clinical staff, review documentation, train staff, and support interns for licensure hours. Other Duties (10%) : Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
Minimum: Licensed as an LCSW with two years post-licensure experience. Preferred: Experience with Evidence-Based Practices such as CBT, DBT, Family Systems, or Trauma. Personal Qualities:
Bi-lingual is a plus; Stockton residency preferred but not required.
