Job Overview
Great Livin' LLC is hiring a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) for an Intermediate Care Facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The QIDP is part of the Management Team, overseeing service delivery, compliance, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities
Ensure all required documents are submitted to New Mexico Medicaid (Comagin) before admission and annually within required timelines.
Direct and coordinate delivery of services in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supervise Living Support/Direct Support Professionals and recruit, interview, and hire DSPs.
Provide training on Individual Habilitation Plans (IHP).
Evaluate supervised employees, attend Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings, and approve DSP schedules.
Coordinate health concerns with Registered Nurses and ensure nursing training of DSPs on health care plans.
Review daily documentation of services for accuracy and completeness.
Develop individualized daily schedules based on IHPs and treatment plans.
Complete required reports and program audits on time.
Participate in management and QA/QI meetings and the on‑call rotation.
File necessary paperwork, reports, and maintain confidentiality.
Additional Tasks
Attend management and QA/QI meetings.
Complete job‑related requirements per Great Livin's policies and state standards.
Carry out duties assigned by Directors within the agency's mission.
Knowledge & Skills
Proficient in English and computer literacy, with working knowledge of Therap and iSolved.
Understanding of client funding rules, Medicaid billing, and ICF standards.
Strong integrity, physical, mental, and emotional stability.
Knowledge of agency procedures and employee discipline practices.
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
One year of management experience in the field.
Completion of state‑mandated trainings for Direct Support Supervisors and Internal Service Coordinators within first year.
Willingness to pursue additional training as needed.

TB test and background checks.
Job‑related certifications and trainings as required.
Compensation $39,000 to $51,000 per year, depending on experience.
