Description
This position will primarily serve Clark County, Washington with possible coverage in Portland Metro area. The Chaplain provides professional and competent spiritual care ministry, and is responsible for serving the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of others in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. As a member of the healthcare team, the chaplain is directly responsible for the implementation of the mission, values, polices, and procedures of the Department of Spiritual Health Services and the facility in which they serve.
Responsibilities The chaplain provides professional and competent spiritual care ministry, serving the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of others in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings and implementing the mission, values, and policies of the Department of Spiritual Health Services.
Qualifications
Master's Degree - Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies similarly accepted in chaplaincy board certifying organizations. Or equivalent education or experience.
Coursework/Training - Four clinical pastoral education units.
National Chaplain Certification within 3 years of hire.

Additional Information Pay Range: $30.15 - $46.13. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
