Job Summary
As our Clinical Dietitian, you will assess the nutritional status of our patients using recognized assessment tools. You will take great pride in recommending and counseling patients, family, and caregivers on the appropriate nutrition plan to improve the patient's health and well-being. You will work with the general patient population and patients in more complex levels of care under the supervision of a Clinical Dietitian Intermediate or Clinical Dietitian Lead to perform nutritional assessments using age and gender-appropriate standards and cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. You will conduct routine screenings to identify patients at nutritional risk and collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
Develop an intervention plan including appropriate feeding route, mode, and nutrition prescription.
Monitor and evaluate patient response to interventions and document in the medical record.
Update plan of care as necessary and follow up with the patient as needed.
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment to contribute to facilitating care and identifying patients at nutrition risk.
Collaborate with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance patient experience.
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree with completion of accredited dietitian program (ACEND).
Minimum Licensure Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) within 3 months.

Pay Range $28.1 - $41.8 /hour.
