Job Summary
Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. He/she is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for diagnosis and/or treatment.
Core Responsibilities And Essential Functions
Build a culture of trust and engagement as reflected in the Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey at a direct report, workgroup and hospital/entity level.
Hold leaders accountable for behaviors that create trust and engagement.
Perform all duties and responsibilities of this position in a manner that reflects the values of WellStar.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with physicians and assure their involvement in developing systems to assure the growth of the service and the cost effective delivery of quality patient care, fostering patient and employee satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
Required Minimum Education Graduate of an accredited/approved School of Nursing.
Required Minimum License(s) And Certification(s)
Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN – Multi-state Compact.
Basic Life Support or BLS – Instructor.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ACLS – Instructor or ACLS – Provisional.
Required Minimum Experience 1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience (Preferred).
Required Minimum Skills The individual must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and display a positive attitude (see WellStar's “Standards of Gold” and “Values”).
