FT Nights — Sat/Sun/Mon, 7pm-7am. No call, and 1 major and 1 minor holiday. Night Shift differential $4.63/hour; Weekend Shift differential $2.25/hour.

Responsibilities
Performs Radiographic imaging procedures. Positions, moves, and assists patients. Performs clerical duties. Provides basic patient care within scope of practice and to departmental standards. Adheres to Hospital Corporate compliance plan and to local, state, and federal regulations, and standards of accrediting bodies. Performs all exams using established protocols. Identifies patient prior to exam. Educates patient concerning exam. Screens patients for any contrast allergies. Operates imaging equipment safely and properly including scanners, injectors, monitors, and other medical equipment. Demonstrates ability to perform scans on patients of all ages, adapting protocols as necessary. Screens patients of childbearing age; minimizes radiation exposure to patients, families, and co-workers. Maintains infection control standards and utilizes PPE and disinfectants. Keeps room clean, organized, and well stocked. Completes required documentation for Radiologist support. Positions patient and equipment and selects technical factors to produce radiographic images meeting Radiologist standards in a safe, timely manner. Performs clerical duties, including answering telephones, completing patient records, filing and scheduling. Performs direct patient care duties within technologist scope of practice and uses proper infection control techniques. Provides basic patient care, including monitoring patient condition, ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy. Obtains and documents patient history and explains procedures. Performs Radiology duties in all departments and environments, including OR and Fluoroscopy. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: REQUIRED: Associate's degree or equivalent two years of experience in a related field Graduate of accredited Radiologic Science program Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Completion of Radiologic Technology training and ARRT registration General Radiographer state license as required by state if applicable, KS LRT This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
