We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse for Med Surg / Telemetry in Myrtle Beach, SC, offering a competitive pay rate of $7,114/month. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in Med Surg and Telemetry units, monitoring vital signs and patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic health records. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care. Skills Needed Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit environments. Knowledge of telemetry monitoring and Med Surg procedures.
