Inpatient Pharmacist

to join a

healthcare team in Lodi, CA! This

13-week contract

is ideal for a pharmacist who excels in an

acute care setting , ensuring safe and effective medication management. Key Responsibilities

Verify

medication orders and ensure proper medication utilization Supervise

and support pharmacy technicians Perform

pharmacokinetic assessments and adjust dosing as needed Collaborate

with nurses and physicians on medication therapy management Ensure compliance

with hospital policies and state/federal regulations Manage

medication inventory and utilize

Cerner & Omnicell

systems Requirements

Active California Pharmacist License

(required) Inpatient Pharmacy Experience

(required) Familiarity with Cerner & Omnicell Flexible schedule
