Therapists will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. This role involves flexible scheduling for patient care and supervising COTAs in the SNF setting. Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license in the state of practice. Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations. Preferred Qualifications
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage tasks and address challenges effectively. Flexibility and team collaboration to adapt to changing situations. Exceptional communication skills for clear interaction with patients and colleagues. Experience with geriatric population and understanding of their unique needs.
