Floater Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Full-time | Outpatient | Locations: Teays Physical Therapy Center & Elk Valley Physical Therapy, 3910 Teays Valley Rd, Hurricane, WV 25526; 808 B Street, Suite A, St Albans, WV 25177; 213 Crossing Mall Rd, Elk Valley, WV 25071.
At Teays Physical Therapy Center & Elk Valley Physical Therapy, we provide personalized care in a collaborative, clinician-led environment. As a Floater PTA in our outpatient clinics, you will help patients achieve their goals and grow professionally.
Our clinics treat a wide range of diagnoses, including orthopedic and neurological conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and balance disorders. You can enjoy a broad caseload or develop expertise in specialties such as orthopedics, manual therapy, prosthetics, or vestibular rehab.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
Work with patients with orthopedic, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
Monitor patient progress and provide input on treatment modifications.
Document patient care using Raintree EMR.
Collaborate with therapists and team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current or eligible PTA license in the state of practice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for patient care and a desire to grow professionally.
