Responsibilities
Use therapeutic techniques to improve, rehabilitate, or maintain patients’ motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities.
Assess patients’ physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop individualized treatment plans.
Document treatment plans and progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
Participate in a cohesive group, engage in continuous development, and contribute to team decisions.
Qualifications
Active state OT license required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
Ability to clearly document treatment plans and progress.
Commitment to ongoing learning and collaboration with the clinical team.
