Overview Back To Work Physical Therapy / H2 Health is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedic position in Tampa, Florida. Full-time candidates are preferred for this opening with a caseload in general outpatient orthopedics. 40 hours are available. Part-time candidates with 15 hours over 2 weekdays of availability will also be considered. Candidates with 2 years of outpatient experience are preferred. New Grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
Caseload From sports and work-related injuries to surgery rehabilitation, Physical Therapists at Back To Work Physical Therapy enjoy a well-balanced caseload in an outpatient setting. Full-time PTs should expect to treat 50 patients per week at a minimum.
Schedule / Hours The schedule and hours for this opening can be flexible based on your availability and patient needs. Within this role, you will work Monday‑Friday. No weekends or major holidays are required. Full-time includes working until 7pm one to two days a week. Enjoy an excellent work / life balance!
Compensation The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $75,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Quarterly performance bonuses are available.

Job Requirements Eligible for Florida state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
2 years of previous outpatient experience is preferred, but not required.
Full-time is preferred. 40 hours per week are available.
Candidates with 15 hours and 2 weekdays of availability will also be considered.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
