Your goal is to integrate with the facility’s team, so communication skills are vital. You will connect deeply with patients/residents, and their lives and well-being will be improved by your work. New grads are welcome — we love teaching and learning from you too. Responsibilities
Provide speech and language pathology services to residents in short-term rehab and long-term care settings. Assess, diagnose, and treat communication, swallowing, and related disorders in collaboration with the care team. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with residents’ goals. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff; provide education and coaching. Document progress, adjust care plans, and participate in care conferences as needed. Qualifications
CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology). Ability to work in a flexible schedule with PRN availability. Strong collaboration and communication skills; patient-focused and team-oriented. What sets this job apart
