Day‑to‑day, you will rehabilitate patients recovering from injuries and surgeries in an outpatient orthopedic setting. You will create personalized treatment plans, use cutting‑edge techniques, and guide patients through their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients.
Provide hands‑on physical therapy utilizing evidence‑based techniques.
Track patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families on home exercises and self‑management strategies.
Requirements
BS, MS, or Certificate in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑accredited program.
Minimum one year of clinical experience.
Active license to practice in the State of Montana.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ethical character and commitment to patient care.
Team‑orientated attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
