Clinician's Workday A psychologist is needed on a per-evaluation basis to conduct assessments typically lasting 2-3 hours per evaluation (note: original description references 35 hours total, but time per evaluation is more commonly reported as 2-3 hours per evaluation). Evaluation types include testing for intellectual and learning disabilities, trauma assessments, comprehensive child and family evaluations, psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, psycho-sexual evaluations, substance abuse evaluations, and parental fitness evaluations. The patient population primarily consists of adolescents aged 13 to 17.
