Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose:
Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Responsibilities: Promotes patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment. Educates patients and families on managing illness or injury, including post-treatment care and medication administration. Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Engages in professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with defined goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and families, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific needs. This is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety is essential. Minimum Requirements: Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing Experience: None required Licenses & Certifications: RN license Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Less than 2 years of experience
