Salary: $74,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Monday – Friday (40 hours)
2 days a week working in a school-based setting
2-3 days working in an outpatient setting with option to work hybrid or remote 1 day a week
Opportunity to earn additional income with voluntary on-call crisis work
Outpatient Responsibilities:
Schedules Available – 8:00am – 5:00pm or 10:00am – 7:00pm Provide individual, family, and group therapy. Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and discharges. Support clients with education, employment, and independent living skills. Coordinate referrals and collaborate with schools, agencies, and hospitals. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation. Serve as client advocate and build strong therapeutic relationships.
School Based Responsibilities:
Working during school hours Conduct assessments of individuals, families and systems/organizations with the goal of improving student social, emotional, behavioral, and academic outcomes Provide guidance and counseling for children, parents, teachers, and other educational professionals, when situations merit this service, to enhance educational progress and related services. Maintaining contact with parents, school districts, educational consultants and other external team members. Serve clients with diverse emotional and behavioral needs through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Working in 4 schools throughout Osage County (High School & Elementary Schools)
