Assisting individuals recovering from addiction or mental health challenges by providing specialized clinical services. This position reports to a Clinical Director. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides clinical services such as individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention services to Lighthouse clients within the scope of practice and as privileged by the supervisor. Completes the crisis and safety plan, treatment plan, service notes, transition and discharge plan, forms, and miscellaneous job-related reports about a person served in the time frame required by the center, accreditation and certification bodies, respective professional licensing boards, and funding sources. Maintains an accurate and complete clinical record for each client served under Quality Improvement and billing standards. Assists in program development and planning as assigned. Responds to requests for clinical information on clients served as allowed by law and applicable rules and regulations. Keeps abreast of community resources, educates clients about those resources, and makes appropriate referrals as needed to meet client needs. Collaborates and coordinates with other service providers involved in client care in the community to promote integrated and holistic care. Responds to community professionals in a timely manner, after contacting Lighthouse staff. Promotes progressive pro-social interventions and positive reinforcement strategies. Person-centered, strength-based, and culturally sensitive approach when promoting client engagement in the community. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience. Active license (LCDC II/LCDC III/ LSW/LPC/LICDC/LISW/LPCC) Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen. Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Compensation Ranges:
