The RN is responsible for the provision and coordination of patient-centered care. The RN provides leadership by delegating and working cooperatively and collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice and performance in the clinical setting.
Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered nursing care appropriate to the patient's age.
Coordinate, delegate, and collaborate with ancillary nurses and other team members.
Generate written and electronic documentation of patient care activities.
Assist with circulating surgical cases and post-operative care.
Use equipment to assist with patient care during operative procedures.
Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Education/Training Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program
Licensure, Certification, and Requirements
Licensure to practice in the State of California
At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Completion of Fetal Heart Monitoring Course within 90 days of hire
STABLE preferred
Compensation $51.70 - $80.92 hourly
Sign-on Bonus Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus (not applicable to internal candidates)
