Overview Hybrid Teletherapy/ In-office Position: LCSW-A / MFT / LMHC-A. This contractor role allows you to provide care during regularly scheduled hours of your choosing, through fee‑for‑service arrangements. You will deliver high‑quality mental healthcare via video conferencing or in‑person at a private therapeutic location.

The Role
Work under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
Provide counseling, psychotherapy, and follow‑up treatment sessions (weekly/biweekly).
Use modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, IPT, and psychodynamic therapy.
Track client response through data‑driven approaches.
Tailor therapeutic approaches to individual client needs.
Special Certifications (Not required)
MST (Military Sexual Trauma)
CBT‑I
EMDR
Spanish speaking
Requirements
Enjoy working independently with strong clinical judgment.
Experience working with military populations is recommended.
Proficient in crisis management.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Comfortable using EMR and remote communication technologies.
Compassionate, empathetic, non‑judgmental provider.
Excellent interpersonal and problem‑resolution skills.
No history of medical malpractice claims (verified by a third party).
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Supervision will be provided.
Minimum 8 hours per week commitment.
Reliable home workspace with privacy.
Required Qualifications
Active licensed LCSW-A, MFT, or LMHC‑A with at least 1 year post‑licensure experience.
Experience implementing evidence‑based psychotherapies.
Resident of North Carolina.
This is a remote position.
