Job Description
The Cardiovascular Sales Representative will be part of Milestone Pharmaceuticals' new sales team provided by EVERSANA, launching a new therapy in the cardiovascular therapeutic space. The Representative will achieve territory sales goals by promoting the promoted therapy to physicians and other medical personnel within the assigned geography. They will educate physicians and office staff on the use, characteristics, advantages, indications, and developments related to the product(s), professionally represent Milestone Pharmaceuticals and EVERSANA, and maintain effective communication and relationships with external and internal customers. This position is responsible for achieving territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company-defined metrics. The role requires self-motivation and a history of personal and professional achievement, with initiative and drive to take ownership and pursue opportunities to achieve goals. Responsibilities
Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and required promotional regulations Effectively promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on the product portfolio through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, speaker programs, and other company-approved channels Work five days in the field each week, with office time as needed for planning, follow-up, presentations, appointments, and reporting Ensure high performance levels of call and field productivity Meet call plan expectations and achieve territory sales goals in compliance with regulations Execute company-approved product marketing plans and territory/regional business plan activities Support targeted customers using approved resources, materials, and programs as identified by sales management Execute territory sales strategy via periodic territory and regional plans and call activity reports Accurately report sales call activities, territory expenses, and written reports in a timely manner Attend all company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed Balance territory and regional work with ongoing sales performance Demonstrate sales influence within the territory Travel as needed throughout the territory (including overnights) as required by the call plan Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university 2+ years of current related pharmaceutical/medical device/diagnostics sales experience Cardiovascular experience preferred Ability to learn, comprehend, and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information to drive product utilization Strong sales aptitude with related experience Documented sales success from previous positions Solid communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Proactive, with a can-do approach; motivated and detail-oriented Problem-solving ability and team-oriented mindset Proficient in MS Office Suite Ability to travel (including overnight) as required Additional Information
