Location: Granbury, TX, United States Job Summary Travel RN L&D (Labor and Delivery) Night shift Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients. Monitor and assess patients' conditions during labor and delivery. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Participate in continuous professional development and training programs. Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times. Evaluate and improve nursing practices based on patient outcomes. Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve service delivery. Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff. Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a night shift. Requirements
RN licensure (state of practice). BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC). NRP, AWHONN certification in fetal heart monitoring. 2 years' experience preferred. Shift and Scope
Shift:
Nights - 6:45 PM to 6:15 AM; call required. No 48-hour option. No block scheduling. No floating. What’s in it for you?
