Physical Therapist Pediatric and Adult (PT) Home Care – Sign On Bonus Join Access Rehab Centers as a Physical Therapist in our home-based care system, providing care to pediatric and adult patients across a full spectrum of diagnoses, including neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, LSVT Loud/BIG, aquatics, sports medicine, and more.

Overview Access Rehab Centers is the largest outpatient rehabilitation provider in the Greater Waterbury area, operating 13 locations and offering a full range of therapies for patients from infants to seniors.

Responsibilities Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in home care settings, utilizing expertise in the specified specialties and participating in ongoing clinical and educational development.

Compensation Base pay: $65.00 per hour

Sign-on bonus: Offered (amount varies by candidate)

Job Type Per diem (full-time equivalent) with flexible scheduling.
