You're a fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist at the master’s level or above with licensure such as LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW (accepted on a state-by-state basis), a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
