Bi-Lingual Outpatient Clinician
position.
The
Bi-Lingual Outpatient Clinician
is responsible for providing direct, quality clinical services to OPCC program youth, parents/guardians in Bridgeport and designated satellite offices. Maintain timely and complete client records in accordance with all department, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
We offer a
$5,000 sign-on bonus
to verified bilingual candidates hired into this role.
Essential Functions:
Provide Intake assessments, Individual, Family, and Group therapy.
Administer assessment tools at Intake, every 90 days, and at discharge.
Provide Case and Crisis Management services as needed.
Maintain all records promptly (Intake, Treatment Plan, Review, Discharge Summary).
Meet productivity standards as per contracts and grants.
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and case conferences.
Engage in research activities of CFGC.
Provide emergency backup treatment when necessary.
Present high-risk cases at CFGC Risk Management meetings (at least two per year).
Participate in special interest committees/groups.
Conduct Intakes for the Outpatient Department as needed.
Have knowledge of EBPs (e.g., TF-CBT) used by clinicians.
Become certified in at least one EBP.
Enhance understanding of human behavior and intervention techniques.
Collect and maintain program data for reporting and evaluation.
Utilize and track Contingency Management rewards to improve engagement.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
LMSW, LMFT, LPC, Ph.D., or license eligible to work with children and adolescents.
Bi-lingual in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
Strong clinical skills for assessing and treating child, adolescent, and family mental health issues.
