NOW HIRING: Early Intervention Occupational Therapist – Part Time. Part Time | Monday–Friday NO holidays or weekends. Salary: $72,800–$79,040/year + Incentives (Based on 40 hours/week). Hours: 20-34. At People Incorporated, you’ll join a dynamic, family-centered Early Intervention team supporting children (birth–3 years) with developmental delays in their natural environments—homes, daycares, and the community.
What You’ll Do
Deliver home-based OT services and assessments
Guide families using the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
Collaborate with a caring, multi-disciplinary team
Support families with insight, advocacy, and resources
Mentor OT students and assistants
What You'll Need
Licensed OT in MA
Experience in sensory, feeding, or prematurity (preferred)
Strong communicator & team player
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening
Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required
Early Intervention experience is preferred
