Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities in accordance with OSUMC standards to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care. Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development over the life span. Assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret information needed to identify each patient's age-specific requirements. Plan for provision of patient care including development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with OSUMC standards to deliver quality patient care as described in Patient Care policies and procedures. Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. Qualifications
Education: 2 year Associate Degree or Diploma License/Certification: Valid OK RN License BLS required Experience: less than one year Additional Information
