We are an EEO/AA Employer. This role is part of the Adult Services team and may be based in Tempe or Glendale. What You’ll Do

Provide initial intakes for adult clients, including comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, evaluation of needs, and referral to appropriate services. Maintain a caseload of adults with medication-only services, and lead Adult Clinical Team (A.C.T.) meetings for timely documentation updates and assessment of current needs. Assist with Transition to Adult for children aging out of Children’s Services, ensuring thorough documentation for a seamless transition to the Adult Program. Complete SMI Determination paperwork in collaboration with the prescriber. Involve the adult’s family or support system whenever possible. Other tasks as assigned. Deliver 40 hours of work per week. Provide case management to support medication services as needed. Work independently, participate in development and evaluation of procedures for organizing, tracking, and maintaining meds-only client records and services. Productivity standards are established annually, at a minimum. Produce complete, timely, thorough, and quality clinical documentation of all services rendered (billable and nonbillable) with sufficient detail about the activity and the adult’s participation and response. Ensure quality service delivery, maintain up-to-date client records in accordance with agency policies and RBHA, state, and federal requirements. Participate in the agency’s Quality Management Program as needed. Participate actively in supervision and collaborate constructively with the clinical team, support staff, and administrative staff. What You’ll Provide

Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Health related field preferred or meet BHT requirements. Behavioral health experience required. Flexibility, problem-solving, and creativity in service delivery. Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility to obtain one. Valid AZ driver’s license with no major infractions in the past three years. Regular access to reliable transportation. Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred; differential per hour available where applicable. Must be 21 years of age or older at time of employment. Additional Requirements And Responsibilities

Remain calm in crisis situations, work independently and cooperatively, recognize personal limitations, and relate positively and with empathy to all persons. Maintain professional conduct and adhere to agency policies and procedures. Maintain professional demeanor and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. If driving for agency business, hold a valid Arizona driver license and appropriate liability insurance; provide a clean 3-year driving record at time of hire with no major infractions. Staff members providing direct client services must be at least 21; those providing support services must be at least 18. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
